The best I can figure so far is that House reveals he's attracted to Cameron (via explaining why he hired her and a bit of sexual harassment). Yeah, I'm really fascinated by the House/Cameron dynamic in Season 1. He doesn't seem to really get why anyone cares, particularly Cameron. I'm not entirely sure why House is so uncomfortable about acknowledging his birthday. The patient story was interesting and it was a different tack to focus on the son rather than the mother. "We're just here for the music." in the elevator. That works I guess, but it's kind of weird. They show the passage of time by spinning around. This time it's Wilson's, an inability to process copper. And the fake British accent is hilarious. Man, House's Season 1 apartment is a mess.
